Benjamin Hussain has claimed the Australasian Title in this fight after two KO victories.
The opponent from Papua New Guinea was Peter Miria. A great deal of amateur experience and 4-1 record in the Pro ranks. Miria showed some great boxing abilities yet hussain was not in that frame of mind to play around too much and was going after a stoppage right away. At 2:40 in the very first round, Hussain dropped Miria with a left to the body. Miria went down and Ref John Watson reached a count of 10 over him.
