The Australian National Boxing Federation Ltd rules and regulations can be changed at any time by the national executive and the changes shall apply from the time of their adoption. The national executive and the state executive have the discretion in special circumstances to waive individual rules and regulations. State control board rules and regulations and those of recognised international organisations may be allowed to replace the federation’s rules and regulations where there is conflict.
