to defend, and if confirmed, the Title will need to be vacated
Promoters, managers and matchmakers have until the Purse Bid deadline to submit signed agreements via email attachment, between all the parties to the Hon Secretary. In the event voluntary agreement is not possible, promoters are invited to submit purse bids, which will be opened by the Chairman of the CBC at :-

All bids must be submitted in individual sealed envelopes for each bid, clearly marked in one corner :-

Bids may be presented personally by a promoter or representative, who will be invited to be present at the opening.
ALL BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE 12 00 MIDDAY DEADLINE, AND ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THIS TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
Bidding promoters will be required to advise a date and venue for the contest within 14 days of the opening of the bid, and the contest/s must take place between 1st SEPTEMBER (earlier only by agreement of all parties) and 31st OCTOBER 2018.
Subject to application, the CBC may agree a modest extension to the latter date, and what constitutes ‘modest’ will be at the absolute discretion of the President, Chairman and Hon Secretary.
Bidding parties must note Term 5 of the ‘Terms of Purse Bids’ and ensure they have made allowance in their calculations to ensure purses are paid nett. ‘Terms of Purse Bids’ are as attached.
The Hon Secretary will advise the winning promoter of a final date for advice of date and venue, submission of contracts to both boxers or their authorized representatives, a date by which they must be signed on behalf of both boxers and returned, copied to the Hon Secretary. An invoice will be submitted to the winning promoter for the sanction fee, and a date given by which it must be paid. Contracts must be in a form authorized by the host CBC member or other federation
