The ANBF will be commencing the emailing out of an “ANBF Australian Title Status” sheet on a monthly basis. The first such sheet, which is for May 2018, is attached. This sheet will show for each weight division:
- The champion or whether it is vacant;ANBF – Australian Title Status 10May2018
- Scheduled Australian title defences;
- Champions scheduled to box for a regional title – which would make the title vacant once the champion stepped into the ring for that regional title;
- The date by which the ANBF rules would have a mandatory defence due;
- Divisions that the ANBF would sanction Australian title proposals that are deemed acceptable by the ANBF directors without referring this to the wider boxing industry.
