The ANBF has a long term vision to have branches in all the Australian States. Currently Western Australian titles are managed and sanctioned in Western Australia outside of the ANBF, and Tasmania State titles are sanctioned with the assistance of the ANBF Victorian branch.
At the request of the Western Australian organisation that sanctions it’s State titles, the ANBF is pleased to commence assisting in the development of, and presenting the Western Australian boxing rating on the ANBF website. These will commence with heavyweights only and will develop to other weight divisions.
These rating are used in the sanctioning of the two classes of State titles in Western Australia, the Western Australian Championship Title (fought over 8 rounds) and the Metro-Perth Championship Title (fought over 6 rounds).
